1. Who are we?
Cannix is a musical business operating as a DJ and entertainer in Belgium. We process personal data for booking requests and communication.
2. What data do we collect?
Our contact form collects name, email, phone number, event type, date, location and message content. This data is used only to handle your booking.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is processed to answer booking requests, prepare quotes and send contracts and invoices. We never use it for commercial email campaigns without your explicit consent.
4. How long do we keep your data?
We keep personal data no longer than necessary. Contact-form data is kept for up to 2 years; booking and invoicing data for 7 years as required by Belgian accounting law.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your data unless necessary to perform the agreement or legally required. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising networks.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and transfer your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact bookings@cannix.be.
